I suppose there is the fact that HTML was NEVER supposed to be used to format emails. End off, it is just fortunate we’ve had such good support to date (Notes andf Outlook 07 apart).

Some would even say that plain text emails are more effective anyway – but unfortunately if it isn’t pretty no one wants it.

Some great points made. It seems crazy that a huge company such as Microsoft, a company founded in the digital world are making such fundamental errors with regards to the web.

We should be pushing communication such as email forward, not taking it back a step.

Have they completely lost the plot? (case in point: ‘Bing’)
